UX/UI Design Overhaul
Overview
Yours2Read is a UK-based literature platform functioning through two main microsites: one serving the African market and another for the Western market (Europe and the U.S.).
The Need
The original platform was outdated, lacked basic search or filtering, and forced users to download PDFs instead of reading on-site. There were no clear store categories, hindering the user experience and slowing growth.
Solutions
We executed a complete UX/UI overhaul. We introduced robust filtering, responsive design, and an in-platform reading experience. To boost conversions, we designed snippets that prompt registration, and mapped out an AI store conversion feature for audio stories.
Results
The platform now boasts a modern look and feel. The improved contextual distribution and user flow are projected to push the active user base from 5,000 to over 15,000 users by making the reading and purchasing journey seamless.
