Overview
Topserve is a prominent company in Kenya supplying baking ingredients and materials to cake businesses, with branches across Nairobi, Kisumu, Bungoma, Kisi, and Meru.
The Need
They were operating on a buggy, third-party script for deliveries and local Excel sheets for payroll. They urgently needed a robust, integrated system to manage their expanding business and synchronize operations across multiple branches.
Solutions
We designed a comprehensive ERP to handle deliveries, agents, customers, HR, and payroll. In tandem, we built a React Native mobile app containing dedicated modules for staff, delivery agents, and customers. The system integrates clock-in tracking directly with payroll to manage fines and statutory deductions automatically.
Results
The custom ERP is highly responsive and clean, completely shaping how the business operates. Clients can easily place orders, and HR processes are greatly streamlined. Feedback has been exceptionally positive, cementing their operational efficiency.
