Overview
Bukua is an expansive digital hub connecting over 35,000 primary, secondary, and TVET institutions across Kenya, functioning similarly to an app store for educational tools.
The Need
Schools were struggling with fragmented systems—different vendors for timetables, exams, and websites operating in isolated silos. They needed a unified single point of truth.
Solutions
We mapped out and designed a cohesive UX/UI for a set of micro-apps and services. Rather than a monolithic beast, the design allows schools to effortlessly select only the tools they need from within the ecosystem.
Results
Bukua has successfully streamlined school management. It provides a connected, affordable, and future-ready platform that is actively shaping the future of the Kenyan education system.
